Blaise will verify your identity before processing any request, which may require confirming your email address or other account information. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. Arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service do not prevent you from exercising your statutory privacy rights under the CCPA.
Blaise offers a Referral Program in which registered Users may earn a referral reward for inviting new Creators or Businesses to join the Platform. The current reward amount is published on the Platform. Participation in the Referral Program is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time by ceasing to share your referral link.
The Referral Program may constitute a “financial incentive” under the CCPA because it involves the collection of personal information (referral relationships and contact information of referred individuals) in exchange for a monetary benefit.
