Community Guidelines

Blaise App LLC

1. Our Community

Blaise is a marketing attribution platform that connects Creators, Businesses, and Customers through verified QR-based commerce. These Community Guidelines establish the standards of conduct that all members of our community are expected to uphold.

These Guidelines apply to all content, communications, and conduct on the Platform, including profile information, campaign materials, offer descriptions, messages, pitches, bios, portfolio samples, and any other content submitted through the Platform. Violations of these Guidelines may result in enforcement actions as described in Section 10.

These Community Guidelines supplement and are incorporated into the Blaise Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

2. General Standards for All Users

All Blaise users — Creators, Businesses, and Customers — are expected to:

  • Be honest. Provide accurate information in your profile, applications, campaigns, and communications. Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, location, metrics, or capabilities.
  • Be respectful. Treat other community members with courtesy and professionalism. Blaise is a business platform, and all interactions should reflect that.
  • Act in good faith. Use the Platform for its intended purposes. Do not manipulate, exploit, or circumvent Platform features, attribution systems, or other users.
  • Protect others. Do not share personal information about other users outside the Platform. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of your interactions.
  • Follow the law. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including advertising disclosure requirements, tax obligations, and intellectual property laws.

3. Creator Content Standards

Creators are the public face of the Blaise community. Content created in connection with Campaigns, Offers, Partnerships, and Ambassadorships must meet the following standards:

3.1 Truthfulness and Disclosure

  • All sponsored content must comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines. Clearly disclose your material connection to the Business (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, #BlaisePartner).
  • Do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about products or services you promote.
  • Share your honest experience. If a Business provides a product for review, your opinion must be genuinely yours.
  • Do not fabricate reviews, testimonials, or endorsements.

3.2 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited on the Platform and in any content created in connection with Blaise engagements:

  • Content that promotes illegal activities or substances
  • Content that is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
  • Content that constitutes hate speech or targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any individual
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets)
  • Content that contains malware, phishing links, or other security threats
  • Content that promotes pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or fraudulent financial opportunities
  • Content that makes false health or medical claims
  • Deepfakes or AI-generated content presented as authentic without disclosure

3.3 Content Featuring Minors

If you are a Creator and your content features or depicts a minor (any individual under 18), you must comply with all applicable child influencer and child content creator laws, including obtaining all necessary parental or guardian consents. Creators bear sole responsibility for ensuring their content featuring minors complies with applicable law. For full details, see the Terms of Service Section 11.7 and the Privacy Policy Section 15.3.

Content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to applicable authorities.

3.4 Profile and Application Integrity

  • Your profile information (name, location, social handles, follower counts, niches, experience level) must be accurate and current.
  • Do not inflate or fabricate follower counts, engagement metrics, or performance data.
  • Portfolio samples submitted with campaign applications must be your own original work.
  • AI-generated pitch text (via the “Generate Pitch” feature) should be reviewed and personalized before submission. Submitting unreviewed AI-generated content that misrepresents your style or capabilities is discouraged.

4. Business Conduct Standards

Businesses create the opportunities that power the Blaise ecosystem. The following standards apply to all Businesses on the Platform:

4.1 Campaign and Offer Integrity

  • Campaign descriptions, compensation terms, content requirements, and targeting criteria must be accurate and complete.
  • Do not create misleading campaigns or offers designed to attract Creators under false pretenses.
  • Honor the compensation terms published at the time a Creator accepts a Partnership or claims an Offer. Retroactive changes that adversely affect Creator earnings are prohibited per the Terms of Service.
  • Customer discounts associated with Offers must be honored at the point of sale when a valid QR code is presented.

4.2 Fair Treatment of Creators

  • Evaluate Creator applications based on relevant criteria (audience fit, content quality, niche alignment). Do not reject Creators based on protected characteristics.
  • Respond to Creator applications in a timely manner. Applications left in review for extended periods without action create a poor experience.
  • Do not require Creators to perform work (content creation, posts) prior to formal acceptance of a Partnership through the Platform.
  • Do not solicit Creators to work outside the Platform to circumvent Platform fees or attribution.

4.3 Customer Experience

  • Ensure your business location is prepared to accept and process QR code redemptions.
  • Train staff on the redemption process. Customers should not be turned away when presenting a valid QR code.
  • Transaction amounts entered at the point of sale must accurately reflect the actual purchase amount.

5. Customer Standards

Customers are valued members of the Blaise community. The following standards apply:

  • QR codes are personal and non-transferable. Do not share, sell, or distribute your QR codes to others.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to claim duplicate offers or referral rewards.
  • Do not attempt to redeem expired, revoked, or already-used QR codes.
  • Provide honest feedback and reviews. Do not fabricate or manipulate reviews of Creators or Businesses.
  • Respect the messaging feature. Do not use Customer-to-Creator messaging to harass, spam, or solicit Creators for activities outside the Platform.

6. Messaging and Communication Standards

The Platform provides messaging functionality for communication between Users in connection with Campaigns, Offers, Partnerships, and Ambassadorships. All Platform messaging is subject to the following standards:

  • Messages must relate to legitimate Platform activity. Do not use messaging for spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial communications unrelated to the Platform.
  • Do not use messaging to solicit or facilitate transactions outside the Platform in order to circumvent Platform fees, commissions, or attribution.
  • Do not send threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit messages.
  • Do not share another user's personal information (email, phone, address) through Platform messaging without their consent.
  • Do not impersonate another user, Blaise staff, or any other person or entity in messages.

Platform messages are not private communications. Blaise reserves the right to monitor, review, and moderate messages to enforce these Guidelines, respond to abuse reports, and maintain Platform integrity, as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Attribution and Platform Integrity

The QR-based attribution system is the foundation of the Blaise marketplace. Manipulation of attribution undermines trust for all community members. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-redemption: Redeeming your own QR codes to generate artificial commissions.
  • Coordinated redemption: Organizing groups to redeem QR codes without genuine purchase intent.
  • QR code manipulation: Altering, duplicating, or reverse-engineering QR codes.
  • Metric inflation: Artificially inflating follower counts, engagement rates, redemption counts, or any other Platform metrics.
  • Bot activity: Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform, generate redemptions, inflate metrics, or manipulate tier scores.
  • Referral abuse: Self-referrals, duplicate account creation, or other manipulation of the Referral Program.
  • Off-platform circumvention: Directing customers or partners to transact outside the Platform to avoid attribution, fees, or commissions.

Attribution fraud is treated as a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions, as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

Blaise respects intellectual property rights and expects all community members to do the same.

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Blaise the license described in the Terms of Service to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.

8.2 Others' Content

Do not upload, submit, or use content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes:

  • Using copyrighted images, music, or video without authorization
  • Using another Creator's content, branding, or likeness without permission
  • Using a Business's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in a manner not authorized by the Campaign or Offer terms
  • Copying or substantially replicating another Creator's profile, bio, or portfolio content

8.3 Reporting IP Violations

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Platform, you may submit a report to legal@joinblaise.com. Blaise will process takedown requests in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Repeat infringers are subject to account termination.

9. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to Blaise:

When submitting a report, please include:

  • Your account information (name and email)
  • The username or account of the user you are reporting
  • A description of the violation, including specific content or messages if applicable
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, URLs, dates)

Blaise will review all reports and take appropriate action. Reports are confidential — Blaise will not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported user except as required by law. Blaise prohibits retaliation against any user who submits a good-faith report.

10. Enforcement

11. Updates to These Guidelines
